Class Descriptions Land

  • Muscle Sculpting - Total body sculpting using hand weights and rubber tubing. A short class that will allow you to work out before work or during lunch
  • Awesome Abs -Intense abdominal workout using body ball, medicine ball, Bosu balls, etc.
  • All About Abs - Intense floor workout for all abdominal muscles.
  • Body Sculpting - Workout involving cardio for the first half of class and strength toning for the second.
  • Circuit Training - Intense workout involving cardio and toning at quick timed intervals.
  • Boot Camp - A strength and conditioning workout that combines multiple exercises and physical skills to produce results faster than the traditional cardio and lifting regimens.
  • Sunrise Yoga - Wake up and be energized with multiple power yoga and stretching moves.
  • Aerobic Intervals - Interval workout involving floor and step aerobics along with toning exercises.
  • Step Aerobics - A high energy cardiovascular workout using basic step aerobics and toning
  • Yoga Mix - Combination of traditional Hatha Yoga positions with modern fitness moves resulting an excellent mind/body workout.
  • Rock Hard Abs - Intense 30 minute abdominal workout involving floor exercises and other abdominal apparatus.
  • Primetime Aerobics - One hour of low impact exercises for seniors at a higher level of fitness, including cardio and floor exercises, flexibility and endurance.
  • My First Ride - A beginner cycling class designed to introduce and get you accustomed to indoor cycling as a step up in cardiovascular training. Reservations required, no more than 15 hours prior to class, $5.00 charge for no show.
  • Pilates/Pilates Mix - Improve your core, flatten abdomen, condition and tone muscles without adding bulk. Develop strength, flexibility, and endurance.
  • Got Balls - Intense total body workout using Bosu Balls, body balls, and medicine balls.
  • Buff It Up - Interval workout involving strength and muscle toning along with basic cardiovascular floor exercises.
  • Super Sculpting - Super charged total body sculpting wirkout involving intense cardiovascular and toning exercises.
  • Fit Kids - Class for 6-12 year olds to have fun and stay active while mom and dad workout.
  • Pedal Power - Indoor cycling designed for those familiar with cycling or intense cardiovascular and toning exercises; beginners welcome, will be more intense than the beginner class. *Reservations required, no more than 15 hours prior to class, $5.00 charge for no show.
  • Tone & Tighten - Lower intensity cardiovascular & strength training using tubes, medicine balls, and other fitness equipment.

Class Descriptions - Water

  • Master’s Swim - Adult fitness swimming, concentrating on triathalon training and general conditioning
  • Aqua Splash - South - A mild to high intensity cardiovascular water class. This class will finish with a workout that uses resistance equipment to isolate and tone the abdominals, upper and lower body. Same class/different location and instructor
  • Hot Joints - Emphasis on gentle range of motion exercises that will help decrease pain, stiffness, and improve joint flexibility
  • Water Volleyball - Supervised water volleyball games. Fun for all ages.
  • Aqua Splash - North - A mild to high intensity cardiovascular water class. This class will finish with a workout that uses resistance equipment to isolate and tone the abdominals, upper and lower body. Same class/different location and instructor

  • Paris ISD Swim Team - Paris High School Swim Team practice.
  • North Lamar ISD Swim Team - North Lamar High School Swim Team practice.
  • Seahorses - Introduction to lap swimming for fitness and competition. Must have basic knowledge of swim strokes. Ages 8-11 years.
  • Sea Lions - Emphasis on lap swimming skills for fitness. Must have basic knowledge of freestyle and backstroke. Introduction to competitive swimming. Ages 8-11 years.
  • Piranhas - Emphasis on competitive lap swimming using four competitive strokes. Ages 11- 14 years ADVANCED
